The Placement Cell plays a crucial role in locating job opportunities for Under Graduates passing out from the college by keeping in touch with reputed firms and industrial establishments. The Placement Cell operates round the year to facilitate contacts between companies and graduates. The Placement fair initiatives were taken up by the State Govt. Education dept. (http://www.campusplacementgujarat.in/) which accelerates student’s employment in different sectors.

Key Objectives

  1. The main objective is to bridges the gap between corporates requirements and student’s knowledge and skillsets. To guide and provide right module of training that meets the industry needs and improve their employability skills.
  2. Maximum number of deserving students get on-campus placement to start their career with their dream company.
  3. The quality standard of the jobs is maintained.
  4. The whole team works according to the defined processes to achieve the common objective.

Shri R. R. Lalan College being one of the premier Govt. educational hubs of the district serves as a nodal centre of Kachchh district. Since inception by the GOvt., College has been organizing successful Placement fairs in the campus bridging students-employers to single platform.

Our Achievement: Awarded Best Nodal College in placement fair by Govt. of Gujarat for two consecutive years.
