About Psychology Department

Department of the Psychology is one of the oldest department in this college. Department has fulltime regular well trained and qualified faculties. Department promotes research in the areas of Clinical Psychology, Cognitive Psychology and Personality Developement.   It also helps students in career guidance and conselling and personality developement.  Department has well advanced psychology lab, which trained the students in the areas of experimental psychology. Department also actively participate and organize  Seminars, Workshops and Conferences. Department especially focus more to manage daily problems of students  like anxiety, stress, phobia and prejudice related to caste and religion in society. Objective of the teaching of psychology is behavior modification, personality developement and be a good citizen of nation and to provide knowledge of Psychology with Degree.
